Ann was home from Canada I took her to the house where she was born I could see in her eyes that she really loved this place and had many happy memories of her young days here I took the latch off the old window for her to take home she said she said she remembered her mum opening and closing the the window as it had been her bed room We had buried her mother that day Tthat is why Ann was home Ann is my cousin and her mother was my favourite aunt Vera
